I believe that wellness encompasses health of the mind, the body, and the soul. How we think every day has such a huge impact on our health and happiness. Sadness and depression are very real things. I have been there and sometimes still struggle with them. I think it’s part of the human experience really. How do we work through it? By talking about it, sharing your experience, and asking for help when you need it.
